After graduating from the Wharton School of Business at UPENN, Randy started his career as a financial analyst for American Express TRS, but soon discovered his love for digital video and technology;   in 1995, he joined the launch team at DIRECTV in the US, the world’s first and largest DTH broadcast satellite company where he rose to VP, Business Development in both the US and Japan.  There, he was a key member of the team that transformed the business from a start-up inside Hughes Electronics to a stand-alone Fortune 100 company.

Following his return to the US from Japan in 2009, Randy was a key leader on the digital & telco business development team at DIRECTV, responsible for all due diligence on Clearwire, administration of the AT&T Bundles program, and the development of next gen business models.

From 2012-2015, he served as Director of Regional Business Development and Strategy for SingTel, with focus on digital products, business case development, and product-led telco transformation.  He has also worked for Citibank in Japan as VP of Operations & Technology, and founded and led a $10M start-up in Japan, The New Media Group, KK, and its premium OTT video platform, World On-Demand.

Bullish on both mobile applications and ASEAN market digitalization, he now resides in Singapore and Manila and serves ADC as its Managing Director.
